Our aims are quite simple – we’re here to help you! In doing so we will ensure you enjoy yourself whilst also making a positive impact on all levels of life be that at home, school or work. Everyone of Dorset Martial Arts Instructors realise that our programmes aren’t simply about kicking and punching but more about encouraging physical fitness, self-confidence and ultimately achieving a set of goals together. We genuinely believe that in developing an individual both physically and mentally, they will reap the rewards in every aspect of their life and it’s because of this, that we are dedicated to not only producing excellent martial artists but outstanding members of society.

As established centre’s, we already have an assorted array of students spanning a wide range of ages, gender and ability- there is no segregation, only integration. For children, it means a safe environment where confidence, focus and discipline are developed leaving them better equipped to build relationships with parents, academics and peers. For the parents themselves, it offers the chance to exploit the value of positive role models. Our older members can look forward to the opportunity to build their fitness and flexibility whilst beating the stresses and strains of everyday life.
